How much will I earn?
You earn money every time you qualify for and complete a survey. Because we know your time is valuable, the amount of money earned is based on how long the survey takes to complete. The more surveys you complete, the more money you will earn.

How do I redeem my rewards?
After a survey you completed is closed to further interviews, your account will be credited with the amount indicated in the initial survey invitation. Once you have earned the minimum threshold of dollars required to redeem your reward, you may request payment either via PayPal or in the form of an electronically delivered Amazon gift card. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! It's fast and easy to set up. Click here to set up your free PayPal account.

Where can I see the rewards I have already earned?
After logging in to the community, click on "Your Profile", and select "Redeem Rewards". You will see how much money you can redeem by payment method (PayPal vs Amazon).

How do I find answers to questions I may have about my account, rewards, or technical support?
Answers to many questions may be found on our FAQs page. If you require further assistance, click on the "Submit a Request".

Is the personal information I provide protected?
We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously. All information you provide us, including but not limited to, your email address, is held in the strictest confidence. At no time will any of the personally identifiable information you provide be released to any third party without your explicit prior consent. How do I join / sign up?
Simply click on "JOIN NOW"! Follow the steps given to set up your account. You will have to give some basic information and choose a password. Soon after, you will be sent a confirmation email. Follow the link emailed and you will be able to begin taking surveys!

My confirmation email to activate my account never came—what should I do?
There are a variety of reasons for this to happen. The email may still be in transit. Depending on Internet traffic, it can take a couple hours for emails to arrive. This is more likely to happen around holidays and peak sending times. Please also confirm you have provided us with the correct email address – no extra spaces or misspellings. Please check your junk folder, as some email providers use anti-junk software to block certain domains. White list the domain [gotellmeso.com] to ensure our emails will reach your inbox. If you have confirmed the above, and still have not received the email, navigate back to the registration page and re-enter your email address to prompt another confirmation mail.

How do I update my profile?
Once you have logged in, select "Your Profile".

Here you may update both your personal information (password, address, etc.) and you may update your profiling for future surveys:

To update your personal information, select "Update Profile". For all other updates, select the various categories in "Further Profiling."


Are surveys free?
Yes, we pay YOU for your time and participation. You will never be asked to pay to participate in any of our surveys.

What kind of surveys will I be given?
Surveys will range across a large amount of topics. You will be sent surveys for which you have met specific qualifications based on your profile information. The more profiling surveys you complete, the more surveys you will be invited to and the higher the chances you will qualify to participate in the survey and receive rewards.

Why do I get asked the same question more than once?
We always try to find the right survey for you. There may be times that you are asked the same question more than once – once in our pre-screening phase (where we are looking for a survey to match your profile), and once in the actual survey itself (where we are verifying that you meet the survey's criteria). Although it might seem like an inconvenience or a mistake that you are asked the same question more than once, rest assured that it is part of our quality control process and please bear with us.

This process does two things:
a) It gives us a better chance of finding a survey for you.
b) Provides better quality data to our clients who are looking for a certain type of person.


Why do I still have money in my account after I've cashed out to PayPal?
As stated, there is a minimum payment threshold to withdraw money from your account. There is also a maximum payment limit. The maximum payment limit determines at what increments you are able to redeem your rewards. You do not lose any leftover accrued rewards. Once your account reaches the minimum payment threshold again, you may request another payment.

How do I redeem my rewards?
PayPal is a money transferring system that allows users to transfer money directly from PayPal into their bank accounts, or into other online funds. The email associated with your panel account must correspond with the email of your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is very easy to set one up. To set up a PayPal account, click here.
Please note that all payouts must be done within the allotted increments. Rewards equaling monies less than the set payout limit will not be processed.
Please note PayPal charges a 2% handling fee for transferring money to your PayPal account

Once you have earned enough rewards for a payout, you are able to cash them out using a PayPal account. Once you have logged into your profile, select "Redeem Rewards". Here you are able to view your rewards amount.

Why is there a 2% free when I transfer my money to PayPal?
PayPal reserves the right to charge a transaction fee for all transfers made through its system. This 2% fee is a processing charge applied to all transactions made.
